If you have printed a few pages, tried them with your child, and they are not the right fit for your family — reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of your purchase, tell us in one line what did not work, and we will refund you in full.

No forms. No proof that you deleted the files. No argument.

We ask for that one line for a simple reason: it is how these tools get better. Every note we have received has changed something in the next version.

If something is broken, that is separate

If a download link does not work, a file will not open, you received the wrong file, or there is a genuine error inside a file — missing pages, a print problem — contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or replace it. That is not the same thing as a refund request, and it never expires into a "too late".
