Refund Policy

All Steady Littles products are instant digital downloads (PDF files) — as soon as your order is complete, your files are ready to download and print. Because delivery is instant, we're not able to offer refunds the way a physical-goods store would.

That said, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right — your download link doesn't work, a file won't open, you received the wrong file, or there's a genuine error in the file (missing pages, print issues) — reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement file or a refund.

We do ask for your understanding that because these are printable files delivered instantly, we're not able to offer refunds simply because a toolkit wasn't the right fit for your child — every child is different, and we want you to feel good about what you choose. If you're ever unsure which toolkit is right for your family, message us before you buy and we're happy to help you decide.
